If someone goes to purchase tickets and enters their details or are logged into their Flicket account, the system will flag their email address. Every hour, the system will check list of users that were flagged. If the flagged email addresses don't have a completed order within the last hour and haven't already received an abandoned cart email in the last 24 hours, an abandoned cart email will be sent to them.

If you wish to turn off the abandoned cart emails for your event, simply go into Automations and 'Inactive' the campaign.
