Access Codes (General Admission)

How to set up an Access Code
1. Go to your Event > select Access Codes tab
2. Select Create Access Code.
Create a name for your access code.
In this example the access code is called "vipupgrade" and the hidden ticket type VIP Early Bird has been selected. This means only those who receive the "vipupgrade" access code (or link to page) can access the offer.
You can enable the hidden feature against a ticket within the ticket set up.
3. To set up a limit, enter the number. This means the ticket buyer can purchase a limited number of tickets using that access code.
4. You can also reveal and select public tickets by clicking this link.
This will populate both public and hidden tickets in the options.
5. Select Save when you have completed setting up the access code.
6. If you wish to edit/disable/delete an access code, you can select the 3 dot menu.
7. If you are ready to share your access code to a selected audience, select copy link.
You can add this to a Broadcast email.
In this example, 'Your tickets' button will take the user to the webpage to access their hidden VIP early bird tickets.
When the user clicks on the button in the email, they will be taken to the ticketing page to purchase the hidden ticket.
Or if the user lands on the event page, they can enter their access code in the 'Have an access code?' box.
How to set up a bulk Access Codes
1. Within your Access Codes set up, select the Bulk Upload tab.
2. Select Download example file to check how your codes in the file need to be formatted.
3. Replace the codes and limits to what you want it to be.
4. Save the file.
5. Go back to the access code screen and select Upload CSV file to upload the file.
6. The access codes from the file will be populated, select the ticket type that these access codes will apply to.
7. Select Save.
8. The bulk list of access codes will be now ready for you to share with your audience.
