Remove the tagged artist from your event set up immediately and update your event. Bandsintown will recognise the changes on their side at 10PM PST and will be updated within 4 hours from that timeframe.

If you need to remove the artist (or the entire event) but cannot wait, please contact your Account Manager who will inform the team at Bandsintown to remove it.

I have an event already published in Bandsintown but I have not connected this through Flicket, how does this happen?
The Artist page in Bandsintown are managed by the actual artist themselves, it is possible that they have added the event information using their own Bandsintown for Artist account, or the music promoter for that event has added it themselves using their own Bandsintown for Promoters account. The same goes for Promoters, Venues and Festival promoters adding the event in themselves.

Flicket has no control over any events already published in Bandsintown. You can still choose to enable this for your event set up in Flicket and it will only result in an additional link in Bandsintown to the Flicket ticketing site.

What's the difference between a Standard Event and Music Festival?
An Event refers to a single concert or performance, often featuring one or a few artists or bands. Events can be one-time shows or part of a tour and usually last for a few hours in a single day and at one location.

A Festival refers to a larger-scale gathering, often spanning multiple days, featuring multiple performances by various artists across multiple stages or venues. In bandsintown, the other artists will appear under Event Lineup within the artist pages.
