The branding tab is important as it is how you make your site look unique and customised to your brand. Here is where you will upload your logo and background and set your HEX colours.
Logo
This will appear in the top left hand corner of the customer portal
Mobile Logo
This will appear on the top left hand corner of the mobile customer portal
Mobile Logo
This will appear on the desktop tab
Full Background Image
We recommend using a full background image rather than the background image (half screen).
This image will serve as the backdrop for your entire customer portal, unless you choose to upload specific background images for each event.
**Note: The customer will only really see the outer edges of the background image and background images do not display on mobile.
If you have various events that require unique branding, we recommend using a plain colour block as a background. This allows you to customise the branding for each event by utilising event-specific backgrounds.
HEX Colours
Primary Hex Colour - This will display in places such as buttons on the customer portal
Secondary Hex Colour - This will display in places such as the date and location of the event
**Note: Do not choose white (#FFFFFF) as a HEX colour as this will blend into the white background.
