Comparative Sales Report

The Comparative Sales Report gives you a side-by-side view of performance across multiple events. Track ticket sales and add-on revenue over time, measure the impact of your marketing, and pinpoint top-performing events. With insights into buying patterns and sales momentum, you can plan smarter, optimizing release timing, pricing, and promotions to drive future growth.

How to view the Comparative Sales Report

  1. Go to Reporting > Ticket Sales Report, then scroll down to the Sales Over Time report.
  2. Click ‘Compare’ to open the ‘Comparative Sales Report’. This allows you to view multiple events side-by-side.

By default, the report is set to ‘Days on Sale’. If you prefer, switch the view to ‘Days Until Event Ends’ for a different perspective on sales performance.

Using filters

At the top of the graph, you can find the filter options. Use these to change the view to Tickets Sold, Add-ons Sold, or Face Value to adjust the data displayed. You can also adjust the time series to show results by Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months, depending on the level of detail you need. Once your selections are made, the graph will automatically update to reflect your chosen filters.
