Season Overview
A season in Flicket, is a series of events that are related to each other. You must build events first before you can add them to a season. You must also build a membership for people to have access to tickets for all events in your season. A season is a basic setup but a critical step in building memberships.
** Important Notes **
- All events in a season must have the same venue
- You cannot add events to a season once you have sold memberships to that season so make sure you create all your events at the start.
(Eg: If quarter/semi final events are included in your season membership, build these events at the start of the season. You don't have to publish these events yet, but they must be included from the beginning).
How To Set Up a Season
1. Create all your events
** If you need help with building an event, refer to our guide on how to set up an event.
2. Go to the 'Seasons' tab & select 'Create Season'
3. Name your season and add any other season details, then select 'Create Season'
- Description and branding are optional
- Display order will determine the order your seasons appear in if there is more than one
**The only time a season will show on the customer side is when the tours view is selected in settings
4. Expand the events section by using the drop-down arrow and select 'Add Event'
5. Select your events from the drop-down and select proceed
** Note: You can only select and add one event at a time
6. Once you have added all events to a season, turn your season live
