Customers
The customer tab is where you can see and search your database of customers. Unlike other ticketing companies, you exclusively own your database.
Every time a ticket is purchased or named, the individuals associated with that transaction will automatically be included in your customer database. If you have an existing database, you can import this into Flicket. You can also export your database.
You can search customers in the customer tab and click into their profile to find out various bits of information including their customer details, orders, tickets, memberships, activity and also create orders for them straight from their customer.
