Audience insights

An overview of metrics related to customers who have purchased to your event

Marketable audience - Number of users opted into marketing.
Total customers - Total number of customers who have completed an order.
Users – event page - Number of unique users that have visited the event page.
Conversion rate - Percentage of visitors who purchase a ticket out of the total number of page visitors.
New customers - Number of customers who completed their first order with your organization.
Returning customers - Total number of customers who bought tickets for both this event and previous events.
Repeat purchasers - Total number of customers who bought tickets more than once for this event.
Average LTV (Life Time Value) - Average monetary value of a customer.

Purchasing days breakdown

The purchasing days breakdown shows the distribution of purchasers amongst the days of the week. This is useful to identify if there is a common trend in what day your audience is making purchases.

Sales by time of day

The sales by time of day breakdown shows the distribution of orders amongst one hour time intervals throughout the day. This is useful to identify if there is a common trend amongst your audience purchasing time.

Location

The location widget shows a range of data sets and a location breakdown. With the location filter choose between Country/Region/City if your organisation is from New Zealand or Country/State/City if you organisation is from Australia or the United States. 

 

Data sets

Location information can be broken down alongside the following data sets:

Orders - Number of orders
Order value - Total value of orders
Ticket value - Face value of admission tickets sold 
Tickets sold - Quantity of admission tickets sold
Audience views - Unique user views  

Gender

Shows a breakdown of your audience by gender. This data comes from turning on customer details and adding Gender as an attendee field. If less that 15% of your ticket purchasers have entered their gender information, our system will use data from Google Analytics instead. Note that this data will be less accurate than explicitly asking your purchasers for their gender information. 

Device

Shows a breakdown of your audience by the type of device they are using. This data comes from Google Analytics.

Traffic channels

Shows the breakdown of your audience by traffic channels. This data is obtained from Google Analytics. Google's definition of traffic channels can be found here.

 

Tags

Shows the top 10 tags across your audience. A full list of all your tags can be exported by clicking the "Download all" link.

Highest value customers

Shows the top 10 customers who have the highest total order value for the event that is selected.

Repeat purchasers

Shows the top 10 customers who have made repeated purchases to this event and the number of purchases they have made.
