Event Summary report
A full summary pdf report showing overview metrics across all key areas of your event.
Download parameters:
Date - Date range for the report data. This defaults to the on sale period by default
Location data - Select location level of the demographic data (Country/Region/State/City)
Order export
An export of all order details in a spreadsheet
Download parameters:
Date - Date range for the report data. This defaults to the on sale period by default
Releases - Filter by different releases
Channels - Filter by back office, online or POS
Sellers - Filter by sellers (if POS is used)
Order status - Filter by 1 or more order statuses. If no order status is selected, orders of all statuses are exported
Order amount - Set a min and max order range, only orders of value between this range are exported
Order type - Filter by comp orders or standard orders. All order types are selected by default
Ticket detail report
An export of all tickets issued for the event
