Flicket Platform Roles & Permissions

A list of the different roles & permissions to the Flicket platform.

To view what Accounts have access to which features and data in the Flicket Platform, go to Settings module, then select Accounts tab.
There are two different Access Types: Organization User and Event User
  • Organisation User: Access to all organization events and memberships at the access levels set in the 'account type' section below.
  • Event User: Event users can only access basic reporting for the events they are assigned to.

To assign an event manager additional events outside of the ones they have created, navigate to event user and add additional events.
