Contact Details
This is where you insert the best email and phone number your customers can use to contact you. This will appear in places such as invoices and receipts.
You should also include a blurb in the box below the email and phone number boxes as this text displays for the customer when they select the support button when purchasing tickets for an event.
**Note: You must have a valid email address and phone number in order to save this page.
What the customer will see:
Business details
Enter your business address, GST number (NZ only), currency (eg: ND, AUD, USD...) and GST rate (if applicable). These details will appear on relevant invoices generated through Flicket so it is important to enter these here.
**Important: Please double check your currency before going on sale with your first event!
Landing Page
Multi Event Front Page - Select this if you have more than one event. Your events will be displayed like:
Single Event Front Page - Select this if you only have one event. When you only have one event published, the customer will be taken straight to the event information page for that event.
If you want your memberships to display in your list of events instead of under another tab up the top, you can select the single event front page. With this configuration, your event front page will look like:
Tours Front Page - This will display your seasons on the home page. Customers can click into the tour/season to find the list of events inside that season. This view is useful if you have lots of events that belong to different tours, seasons, or if you have a long event that spans many weeks, you can segment your events to make it easier for the customer to view and find them.
** Note: You must have at least one season set up with events inside the season to use the tours view. We recommend adding a thumbnail image to your season to make your page look attractive to the customer.
Memberships
If you want your memberships to display as a separate tab up the top, make sure 'show memberships in the navigation' is turned on.
Marketing
Enter your google tag and facebook pixel. These can help you track conversions from your marketing campaigns.
For more information on google tags, please refer to Google's Tag Manager Overview

Help
At the bottom of your ticketing site, there is a help button.
This button will automatically take customers to Flicket's standard ticketing FAQ page.
If you would like this button to lead to your own FAQ page, then you can insert the link to your page here:
Once you have edited the relevant sections on the general settings page, do not forget to click 'Save settings' at the bottom to save your progress!
