How do I set up Pre-Authorization?
Pre-authorization boosts General Admission sales by letting fans select tickets and save payment details during registration, then automatically charging them when sales open. This eliminates checkout friction, increases conversion rates, and provides early demand insights. With over 46% of fans opting in, we recommend enabling pre-authorization for all registrations.
