How to customize the membership name

You can customise the name of your membership at the event level, giving you full flexibility to tailor it to your event and audience. Whether it’s a Season Pass, Tournament Pass, Super Ticket, or Season Ticket, you decide what resonates best.


1. To customize the name of a membership go to “Settings” > “General Settings” and scroll down to “Memberships”. 



2. From here you can add your ‘Singular membership name’ and ‘Plural membership name’ option to display across your event pages and email and tickets. 


3. Once add, scroll down to click on ‘Save Settings’.

4. We recommend checking your customer portal to confirm that your new membership name has been updated correctly.
