Registration overview
Enable registrations to allow fans to receive notifications when tickets are available for sale. Access detailed metrics on registrations through the dashboard or download a comprehensive export of registered users by clicking the Download registrations link.
Total registrations - Number of users who signed up through the registration form.
New customer registrations - Number of new customers who completed a registration form and then proceeded to make a purchase.
Registration revenue - Total revenue from customers who signed up through the registration form and completed an order.
Registrations not converted - Number of users who registered but did not complete an order.
Competition overview
If you have created a competition, you can access competition metrics in the dashboard or download a comprehensive export of users who have entered your competition by clicking the download entries link.
Total registrations - Number of users who signed up through the registration form and entered the event competition.
Event page views - Total views on the event page during the competition period.
Event page conversion rate - Percentage of event page viewers who registered during the competition period.
Registration page views - Number of views of the registration form during the competition period.
Registration page conversion rate - Percentage of users who viewed the registration page and then registered during the competition period.
New users - Number of new users who completed a registration form during the competition period.
Total competition entries - Total number of entries made into the competition.
Promoter
Monitor the amount of registrations and competition entries that are generated when fans share and use referral links to invite friends within their network to sign up.
Registrations via referral - Total number of people who completed the registration form after being referred via a referral link.
New users referred - Number of new users that came through from a referral link.
Referrer entires awarded - Number of competition entries made through a referral link.

If you have hosted a competition during the main sale, you can access competition metrics in the dashboard or download a comprehensive export of users who have entered your competition by clicking the download entries link.
Total revenue - Total revenue from customers who entered the main sale competition.
Total competition entries - Total number of entries into the competition.
Event page views - Total views on the event page during the competition period.
Event page conversion rate - Percentage of event page viewers who purchased tickets during the competition period.
Total orders - Number of orders processed when a main sale competition was running.
Tickets sold - Number of tickets sold when a main sale competition was running.
New customers - Number of new customers who completed an order during the competition period.
