Inside an order, there is a more options button up the top right hand corner. This gives you multiple actions we will go through below.
View Tickets
When you click on this button, it will display a list of tickets associated with the order. Here you can see some important information including the ticket number, ticket holder name, and whether the ticket has been scanned or not.
- Download print at home tickets: this will download the pdf version of tickets
- Download hardcopy tickets: this will download the hardcopy printer version of the ticket
- Ticket naming: This will take you to the customer side where you can view, edit and download each ticket.
If the customer's email has been marked as inactive and you cannot resend their order confirmation, you can copy the URL from this page and send this link to them. This is another way they can access their tickets.
Resend Order Confirmation
This will resend the order confirmation with a link to their tickets.
Print Hard Copy Tickets
To print tickets this way, you will need a special hardcopy ticket printer. If you just want to print normal PDF tickets, you will need to select view tickets, then download print at home tickets.
Download order receipt
This will download a receipt of the order. This is useful for businesses as it contains your GST number. Make sure to set your GST number and address in settings before you download any receipts.
Cancel Order
Only use the cancel order function on hold orders or orders that contain only comp tickets.
For orders that have paid tickets, you should be using the 'refund/release seats' function.
When you select cancel order, this will release the tickets in that order back into the system.
