Order Details

What details you can see and update within an order and what they are useful for. Buyer details, history and notes, and ticket details.

In this article, we will go through all the things you can view and edit within an order. Firstly, you will want to find an order.

Once in the order, you will find the basic order details at the top. This includes order chanel (whether the order was made online or as a back office order) payment method (how the order was paid), order status (whether it is a successful or expired order) and the order number (unique order identifier).

Next, you will find the ticket details and financials. Here you can see which ticket types were purchased in what zones, how many tickets were purchased and all the financial information including ticket cost, all fees and delivery costs.

Next, you will find the buyer's details.

The order will appear in the customer profile of the buyer. If someone passes their tickets on to someone else and renames them, the tickets will still be under the original purchaser's account. To switch the tickets to someone else's account, you can update the name and email of the order here.

Next, are the billing and shipping address.

If you have an alternative delivery method to e-ticket turned on for your event, the customer will be prompted to enter their address. You can see the address they entered here. These addressed will pull through to the orders export.

Finally, you will see the history and notes section. Here you can find lots of useful information such as whether the confirmation email was sent to the customer, whether the tickets were printed, and whether each ticket was scanned in and when.

You can also add your own note to an order.
