Terminal Filter
The default setting for POS reporting displays data for all terminals, but you have the option to use the terminals filter to select a specific terminal.
Sales Overview
An overview of the number of tickets sold, number of orders, average order size and the rate that tickets are sold.
Tickets sold at the door - Total number of tickets sold at the box office.
Orders - Number of orders processed through Point of Sale (POS).
Average order size - Average number of admission tickets processed through Point of Sale (POS).
Tickets an hour - Total number of tickets sold per hour through POS.
Financial Overview
A financial overview of the revenue generated from sales, including details on the different types of transactions processed.
Gross sales - Total revenue processed through POS.
Cash - Total revenue from cash sales through POS.
Eftpos - Total revenue from EFTPOS sales through POS.
Credit card - Total revenue from credit card sales through POS.
Float of Change
Upon selecting a specific terminal using the terminal filter, you will be able to view the initial float amount, the cash transactions processed, and the final float amount.
Start float - Initial amount of cash available at the beginning of an event.
Cash received - Total cash collected from sales and transactions.
Cash returned - Total cash given back to customers as change or refunds.
End float - Total amount of cash remaining at the end of an event.
