Reporting overview

Use the reporting module to view metrics and analytics about how your events and memberships are performing.

When you first navigate to the reporting module, the reporting dashboard will load the nearest upcoming event. 

 

Click on the event selector to change the reporting context. Choose a different event, membership or season. You can also type into the input field to narrow down your search.

 

On the left hand navigation there are menu items for the different dashboard views we offer. 

Use the date selector to choose a date range for the reporting data. By default the onsale period of the event is selected. This period is the date the first ticket was sold and the date the last ticket was sold.

Click the Add filter button to filter by release or channel

Event overview

This shows an overview of the number of ticket sales, the number of remaining tickets available to sell and the face value of the tickets sold. 


The Show net sales toggle switches the face value to show Net sales instead. This shows the total revenue from sales which includes revenue from other sources outside of just the ticket value. 


Click View full breakdown to see the breakdown of net sales.

 

Ticket sales

Face value total - Total revenue from all admission tickets sold, excluding revenue from resold tickets via reseller.  

Total tickets issued - Total count of all tickets issued, including admission and complimentary tickets, but excluding non-admission tickets.

Total tickets sold - Total count of non-complimentary admission tickets sold.

 

Financial

Net sales - Total revenue from all orders after deducting points, credits and refunds. This is inclusive of any non admission tickets, addons, booking fees, resale margin and fees, transaction fees, outside tax and ticket protection revenue. 

Total orders - Total number of successful orders processed.

Average order value - Average monetary value of an order. 

 

Audience


Marketable audienceNumber of users opted into marketing.

Total customersTotal number of customers who have completed an order.

Returning customersTotal number of customers who bought tickets for both this event and previous events.
