Ticket sales

This dashboard displays the total quantity of ticket sales and provides a detailed breakdown of the different types of tickets sold.

Sales report

The sales report gives you a breakdown of the total tickets issued in each zone. View the quantity of tickets sold, held, complimentary tickets and remaining capacity. 

 

The net sales toggle can be used to toggle between showing the face value of ticket sales or net sales. Net sales is the total sum of all your completed orders and includes revenue from other sources such as booking fees, transaction fees, tax, etc.

Each zone can be drilled down to show a comprehensive breakdown of the ticket types issued within the zone. 

 


The sales report can be downloaded in a csv format by clicking the Download sales report link in the top right hand corner of the sales report.

 

 

Sales over time

An overview of additional sales metric that are not covered in the sales report

Tickets resold - Total number of tickets that have been resold via Flicket reseller.
Resale fee revenue - Total revenue of tickets that have been resold via reseller.
Resale margin - Total income from the difference between resale ticket prices and original ticket prices.
Ticket protection tickets - Total count of tickets that have include ticket protection cover.
Ticket protection revenue - Total revenue from ticket protection.
Tickets refunded - Total number of tickets that have been refunded to customers and the value of these refunds.
Abandoned cart - Total number of customers with an order that has not been completed.
Abandoned carts recovered - Total number of abandoned orders that have been completed and the value of these orders.
Add-ons - Total number of add-on’s and non-admission tickets that have been issued.
Total add-on revenue - Total revenue from add-on and non-admission tickets that have been sold.
Total tickets part paid - Total number of tickets where there is an outstanding payment plan.
Orders part paid - Total number of orders where there is an outstanding payment plan.

 

Sales over time

The sales over time graph shows how many tickets or add-ons were sold each day. Use the filter to change between ticket sales and add on sales. Hover over a bar to see how many tickets or add ons were sold on a specific day. Use the download button to download a csv export of the data set.

 

Sales channel 

Shows the number of transactions and the percentage breakdown of those transactions between online, back office and POS.

 

Payment gateways

Shows the number of transactions and the percentage breakdown of those transactions between all the different payment methods that were used to facilitate the transactions.
