Searching for Orders & Tickets
How to search for orders & tickets in the orders tab and in the customers tab
There are two ways you can search for orders, either in the orders tab or in the customers tab.
Searching for orders in the Orders tab
1. Go to the orders tab
2. Select the All Orders tab (this will ensure all orders including hold, part-paid and completed orders show)
3. Type in the name, email address or phone number of the ticket purchaser
This will show a list of all orders with those details. You can click into the order for more information
**You may need to select the x beside the date if it does not appear straight away.
Searching for tickets in the Orders tab
If you just have the ticket holder's details, or a ticket number, you can search these in the orders tab to find the original order.
You can enter a ticket number in the search bar and this will bring up the original order
You can also enter the ticket holder's name and this will bring up the original order.
In the example below, Olive purchased all 4 tickets but one of the tickets in her order is under the name of Holly Bellingford, which is why Olive's order appears when you search for Holly
Once you click into the order, select more options, then view tickets.
This will bring up the list of tickets in this order.
Searching for orders in the Customers Tab
1. Go to the customers tab
2. Type a name in the search bar
3. Select the customer's profile
4. Select the orders tab, this will bring up a list of all the customers orders (including completed, expired, hold and refunded orders)
From here you can click on the order for more information
You can also select the tickets tab to bring up a list of all their tickets.
If a customer, was not the original purchaser, their tickets will still show in their ticket tab, however the order will sit under the original purchasers customer profile.
