Add-Ons (Seated Events)
What are add-ons useful for and how to set them up.
What are add-ons and what can they be used for?
Sometimes you want to be able to sell additional things on top of a seat in a stadium. Add-ons are a great way to do this as customers can select these at the time of purchase.
Add-ons can be used to sell merchandise, car parks, donations and more.
How to set up an add-on
1. Go into the event and navigate to the 'Tickets & Add-ons' tab
2. Select 'Create Add-On'
3. Fill out the add-on details
- Add name, quantity, price, description, restrictions, image and any inside fees.
- Select 'Create add-on'
4. Navigate to the 'Links' tab in the event setup
5. Add your add-ons to a link
** Note: You must setup a link and submit it before you can add an add-on to a link
- Select details beside the link you want to add your add-on to
- Turn your add-ons live by changing the toggle to green beside each each add-on
- Select 'Submit' up the top right corner to save your link
Your add-on is now live! It will now appear under the ticket selection in the purchasing process
