Group Passes (Seated Events)
How to setup group tickets such as family passes or team of 10 in a seated event
Scenario example: Setting up a Family Pass (2 adults, 2 children) for $100 in West Stand.
Each seat (regardless if it's adult or child) will need to be set up as $25 each (total of $100) to create the group ticket.
1. Select your seated event, then select Tickets & Add-ons tab
2. Select Add a ticket type.
3. Add a ticket type name. In this example this will be a Family pass (2 adults, 2 child).
Select the checkbox Part of a group. In this example a group/family pass consists of "4" seats.
Select Create ticket type.
4. Next step would be to enter in the price you want to set.
Select Links tab, then select the release where you want to add that group/family pass and select Details. In this example this will go under Public Release.
5. Select the zone or section and select the group/family pass and enter the price. Select Submit.
In this example, the seats at a section level of the West Stand is set at $25 for each, the customer will have to ensure they select 4x seats at $25 to purchase the family pass of $100. Since this is set at the section level, it means only selected areas of the West Stand will offer the family pass.
In this example, the same is set at a zone of the West Stand. Since this is set at the zone level, it means any section of the West Stand will offer the family pass.
Once the group/family pass has been set up, the customer will need to ensure they are buying for 4 people, otherwise it will not let them through to the checkout.
In this example, if the customer does not select "4" seats to purchase the family pass tickets it will show an error message.
The customer will need to change the filter "I need tickets for" to "4 people" in the filter and select the 4 seats they want.
